The park has a nostalgic summer camp vibe that's quite appealing, but it really needs some serious maintenance. While the bathrooms are clean and have their own charm, the overall conditions of many areas are disappointing. The site selection is limited due to the high number of permanent residents, and your privacy can be compromised, especially if you're squeezed in next to someone. It's a mixed bag of potential and neglected amenities.

We were greeted by friendly staff who went out of their way to help us when we arrived late, and the amenities like the pools and recreational activities kept my kids entertained.
